Name:
Kheelan
Kheelan
Species:
Gray wolf.
Gray wolf.
Gender:
Male
Male
Description:
Kheelan's muzzle is long and slender, and just perfect for the wolf, in his own opinion. His muzzle is flecked with black which gradually fades into the lovely sandy tannish gray of a somewhat un-usual gray wolf. His nose is not particularily big or small, and fits in perfectly with the size of the rest of his body.
Leading up from the muzzle, we come to the stop, which will ease us up to Kheelan's head. The shape of his head is that typical of any wolf, and like the rest of him, in good proportion. There is no oddities about the general shape of his head.
Kheelan's eyes are everything but an oddity to his kind, a deep green flecked with amber.
His ears make him strange though. Kheelan's ears...they aren't oversized or extremely tiny or anything. They aren't particularily sharp or blunt when it comes to his hearing...they are just like any other wolf's, it seemes. But there is something that makes those ears different. Where one ear stuck straight up like any other, the other one always folds over at the tip. Occasionally, if something exciting happens, his left ear sticks up as well, but otherwise, that's how they are.
Kheelan's neck is well-muscled and extremely densly furred, but nothing all that different. It is simply a part of him that connects his head to his back. His general body shape, speaking of which, is not particularily different...Kheelan is a little more slender than most of his gender, but that is about it.
His tail was not all that different either. Not long nor short, and not fat nor thin. Just pretty proportionate to the rest of his body. Kheelan's tail has a chocolate brown stripe on it, however -- one that starts at the tip and runs down to about the lower half of his back.
His legs are like his tail, not long nor short and not fat nor thin. They are in good proportion, but a little more slender than most would expect, and only slightly longer. This would explain Kheelan's speed, which is actually quite fast.

Bio:
Kheelan is a kind and gentle brute though he will be aggressive when it is needed. When you first meet him he seems confident, never nervous. He may come over and talk to you, he quite friendly. He is tactical, always thinking out something, with as much of the time that he has, before acting. He usually goes off on his own to think or to clear his mind, but a lot of the time he does not really want to be alone, he wants someone to talk to and if you are the right wolf he won't take his emotions out on you. He never gets too mad unless he has a good reason to. If he is defending friends or family then he will get hostile and if you get on his bad side for some reason he may seem like an unsympathetic wolf but that is most likely the result of your actions. If you end up in a fight with him, verbal or physical he will not give in easily. He will put up the best fight he can put up and will not back down unless with extreme good reasoning. Kheelan truly is a kind-hearted, good tempered brute. He tries to keep his temper under control and though he has gotten better at it, when his emotions pile up he may break at the weakest moment.
He stands for what believes in, he is determined; giving his all to accomplish and succeed what he sets out to do. His determination makes him somewhat stubborn, even if he is wrong it is extremely hard for him to admit it and will usually argue until he is proven wrong, it is then he becomes humble and admits to his mistakes. He can be extremely hard on himself, blaming everything on him, always trying to make everyone else’s lives easier. Not wanting to be a burden, he keeps his feelings inside.

History:
Born an alpha’s pup, given the luxury of a successful pack, a loving family, many friends, and a bright future Kheelan took life by the horns. His life seemed to be perfect. He couldn’t have asked for much more than what life gave him. His parents had a deep love for each other and shared an even deeper love for their two pups. Nakata and Kheelan were the best of friends, closer than close. Inseparable. So, when Kheelan’s parents went for a stroll Kheelan insisted they go get a drink from the river, after all they were almost six months old! They could do it themselves! They didn’t need adults, they were invincible. So, the pair ran off toward the river, not a bad thought in mind. They couldn’t begin to imagine the situation they were about to send themselves into.
They arrived at the river; it seemed to be going much faster than it had the other day... Kheelan couldn’t understand why, maybe because it rained the whole night before. He didn’t pay much mind to it; he just dipped his head toward the water to quench his thirst. Only he was swept away in the current. He heard Nakata scream as he tried to break the surface before the darkness overtook his vision. But the more he fought the harder it was to push the darkness away.. And soon he fell into it.
The young tan pup awoke on the shore of a foreign place. He lifted his head and looked around desperate to find anything familiar. Failure was heavy on his heart as he threw up his muzzle and howled into the unknown territory. Not long after he released his song into the wind did a white wolf appear in his sight. She approached the shivering ball of fur, automatically concerned for him. She introduced herself as Marella, she brought him back to her pack where she gave him warmth, food, shelter, and most maybe the most important, a family. Marella took Kheelan in like one of her own, and Arashin and Obsida as well. Kheelan had more than one, or two parents. He had two mothers, though only one father, in this new land, this new life. And it would only get better.
Kheelan wandered off into the woods and happened to stumble upon a bear cub. It started out as only fun and games for little Kheelan, playing with his new friend, until the Mamma Bear arrived. She thought of Kheelan as a threat to her cub and attacked him. In the fight Kheelan was brutally slashed my the Mamma Bear. But, he was saved from death by a young pup about his age named Eru. Eru quickly became the most important thing in Kheelan’s life. But, they were from different packs.. They agreed to meet once a month to see each other. Before the first meeting could come to pass, a hurricane struck, leaving the rivers and lakes swollen with its fury. On the way to the meeting, Nayeli and Eru saw each other, and bounded to their side of the raging river. There was a fallen tree about 30 yards away and Kheelan barked for Eru to follow him there. Under their weight, the tree snapped, and the young wolves tumbled into the river. Sweeping the wolves to a new place or to their deaths. To the best of Kheelan's luck he landed on a new place along with Eru, the love of his life.
Eru and Kheelan parted for a short time to find their packmates, though still keeping in contact with each other. Eru eventually went off to find her father and when she did not return soon enough for Kheelan's nerves to calm he went out to find her. When he did he was shocked to see a wolf close to death and Eru desperately trying to help him. A strong storm broke out over the wolves and forced them to take cover under a makeshift den. Eru was badly hurt by a stray log, giving her amnesia, and Kheelan did all he could to care for her, to prove to Adrian, the new wolf, and himself, that he could take care of Eru. And he could. He told her stories of their past, of her family and of their love for each other. He took everything slow, letting what he told her sink in; hopefully spark a memory or two. Meanwhile, Adrian’s condition only became worse; Kheelan took Eru and went looking for help, they found a new pack together and quickly explained to the leader what happened. After, they returned to find Adrian's body was missing, and the two wolves assumed he went off to find some place to die.
Eru was heart broken, and it broke Kheelan's heart to see her in such a depressing state. But, Eru’s state of amnesia was his main concern so he left her in the care of their pack’s caretaker. He soon joined her in the infirmary when he caught a horrible sickness that caused him to slip in and out of consciousness. His pack took as great care of him, his new packmates coming in to talk to keep him company, and give him support and warmth.
When Kheelan had recovered from the sickness a howl rang out across the new land announcing the murder of a pack member. This infuriated the wolves of the pack and caused a war between a large group of rouges and the wolves of Kheelan's new pack. Before Kheelan left to meet up with the other packs to face the rouges, Eru and him conversed and she told them they could not be mates. That broke his heart into a million pieces. He didn’t know what to do with himself. He came to the conclusion that he would fight for the new wolves and defend his pack. And then he would find another home. He couldn’t bare to live near Eru, not if he couldn’t actually live with her.
When he arrived to the designated spot for the battle he met a wolf named Faye. They flirted and after a while Eru showed up with a wolf called Aer. Kheelan used Faye to make Eru jealous, but Faye spoke against Eru and made her upset, causing his Erulove to flee. Kheelan wouldn’t stand for this, he went after her and they made up. Kheelan left her side to fight alongside his packmates against the rouges.
Once the battle was over, Kheelan made his way toward the ocean, being near the waves and the water comforted him, it would be the perfect end of a full day. On his way home from the ocean’s coast, eager to see his Eru again, he slipped on the slope and knocked his head on a large boulder. He slipped into a coma; he was taken by the waves and washed up on yet another new place. But it seemed familiar somehow. He wandered around the familiar, yet foreign, terrain hoping to clear his confusion. Soon enough he found a washed out den where a pack had been. In fact, it was where his old pack had lived. He had landed on his old pack land. In shock he pushed back all the thoughts of never seeing his friends or family again, or see Eru again, the worst of all his thoughts. He had all his physical needs, food, water, shelter. He stayed there for the next couple of years, though not a day went by that he did not think of Eru, that he did not long for her. He dedicated each night to her as he lay on the beach and wished to be swept away back to her.
He had to find Eru.
